What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

You can pay for your event ticket/voucher online using your credit/debit card via PayPal (you do not need to set up an account for this) or you can pay via bank transfer. Select your preferred option at the check out.

Products paid for by bank transfer are not confirmed until full payment has been made.

Spaces on events are held for up to 3 days (72 hours) before being released for sale, so please ensure you pay promptly to avoid disappointment.

All spaces on our events, classes or workshops, must be paid for in advance.

Catering Payments

Catering will be quoted and invoiced on an individual basis. Please see below for catering terms and conditions.

Cancellations & Changes

What are your terms for catering?

A lot of work goes into creating the perfect menu for your occasion. We also purchase supplies for your event in advance. Please read our policies carefully.

Menu selection and guest count of catering must be confirmed 14 days prior to the event, along with payment of a 50% deposit. Once your deposit has been paid, we can confirm your booking. Your booking is not confirmed until a deposit has been paid.

Any cancellations within 14 days (for any reason), a 50% charge on the quoted amount will be required to be paid.

Any cancellations within 7 days (for any reason) full quoted amount will be required to be paid.

The balance of your invoice is due within 48 hours of your event, and late payments will incur a 20% surcharge for every 7 days past the due date.

How about your terms for cooking demonstrations?

If you can no longer make it to one of our demonstrations, please contact us immediately and let us know.

Should you cancel more than 48 hours before an event, your ticket can be transferred to an alternative event, for up to 6 months. After then, it will expire.

No refunds or transfers will be made if your cancellation is made within 48 hours of one of our events. 

Dietary Requirements

I have specific dietary requirements, can you cater for those?

Yes! We can. If you are purchasing a ticket for an event, please select the option you require before adding your choice to the cart.

If you have something that isn’t specifically listed, please call us and discuss this before placing your order to avoid disappointment.
